The role
*Manage a varied family law caseload
*Advise on separation, divorce and financial provision matters
*Handle residence and contact disputes
*Advise on pre-nuptial agreements and adoption matters
*Conduct hearings and proofs
*Support and supervise junior team members
*Deliver practical and compassionate advice to clients
About you
*5+ years’ PQE in family law
*Experience handling a broad range of privately funded family matters
*Advocacy experience, including hearings and proofs
*Excellent communication and client care skills
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*Experience supervising or mentoring junior colleagues
*Empathetic, proactive and solutions-focused approach
