Elevation Recruitment Group is excited to be working with a key client on the appointment of a Quality & Technical Documentation Administrator within their established manufacturing operation.
This is a great opportunity for a highly organised, detail-focused individual who enjoys working with technical documentation, quality processes and manufacturing systems.
The Role
You’ll play a key role in ensuring assembled systems are accurately documented, inspected and fully traceable, working closely with engineering, production, procurement and quality teams.
Key responsibilities include:
*Preparing technical and quality documentation packs for completed systems
*Managing certificates, inspection records and documentation for traceability
*Checking assembled systems against technical drawings and customer requirements
*Ensuring components and materials are correctly documented and allocated to jobs
*Maintaining accurate electronic records and document filing systems
*Supporting ISO 9001 and PED compliance, audits and continuous improvement
*Supporting general manufacturing administration, including BOM input and production orders
About You
We’re looking for someone with excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a high volume of documentation.
You may have experience in quality administration, document control, technical administration, engineering administration or a manufacturing environment.
Ideally, you’ll have:
*Experience working with technical or quality documentation
*Excellent organisation and attention to detail
*An understanding of manufacturing/quality processes
*The ability to read technical drawings, or a willingness to learn
*Strong IT and systems skills
*A methodical approach and excellent document control
*The ability to learn quickly and work independently
Experience with SAP, Teamcenter/Active Workspace, ISO 9001 or PED would be advantageous, but training will be provided.
