Are you an experienced Cluster Manager or Area Manager looking for your next challenge? We’re recruiting for a Cluster Manager to oversee a portfolio of fashion stores for an established multi-brand retail business, based in Swindon.
This is a hands-on, commercially focused role where you’ll lead Store Managers, drive sales and KPIs, and play a key role in developing teams and improving performance across multiple locations.

The Role
As Cluster Manager, you’ll have overall responsibility for the commercial and operational performance of a group of stores. You’ll work closely with Store Managers to drive sales, improve KPIs, develop people and maintain high standards across every location.
Key responsibilities include:
*Leading, coaching and developing Store Managers and their teams

*Driving sales, KPIs and commercial performance across the cluster

*Reviewing store performance and identifying opportunities to improve results

*Supporting Store Managers with recruitment, onboarding and team development

*Ensuring strong operational, visual merchandising and customer service standards

*Managing performance and supporting succession planning across the cluster

*Working closely with senior leadership to deliver wider business objectives

*Regularly visiting stores and being a visible, hands-on retail leader

About You
*Proven experience as a Cluster Manager, Area Manager or in a similar multi-site retail management role

*Strong fashion or lifestyle retail experience

*A proven track record of driving sales, KPIs and commercial performance

*Experience leading and developing Store Managers across multiple locations

*Confident analysing performance and turning commercial data into action

*Strong people leadership, coaching and communication skills

*Organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities

*Hands-on, energetic and willing to roll your sleeves up when needed

*Passionate about delivering great customer experiences and developing people
