Location: Exeter
Salary: £35,000/£40,000
Penguin Recruitment are working with Black Box Planning, a growing specialist planning consultancy, who are looking to expand their team in Exeter. The Role
*Delivering planning advice across a varied project portfolio
*Preparing planning applications, appraisals and planning strategy reports
*Supporting strategic-scale development projects
*Managing projects and working with multidisciplinary consultant teams
*Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
*Providing clear, evidence-led planning advice
*Contributing to the continued growth of the Exeter office
Requirements
*Experience working within town planning, ideally in consultancy
*Strong understanding of the planning process
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Ability to think strategically and commercially
*Strong project management and organisational skills
*For Senior/Associate level, 5+ years’ planning experience and solid EIA expertise are key requirements
*RTPI membership/chartership is desirable depending on level
