A well-regarded, multi-disciplinary design and construction consultancy is looking for a skilled Architectural Technologist to join its expanding team in Preston. The firm has built a solid track record delivering high-calibre projects nationwide, spanning sectors such as healthcare, education, commercial, residential, sports and leisure, and heritage.

Key Responsibilities of the Architectural Technologist:
*Producing technical drawings using Revit and AutoCAD
*Compiling detailed construction documentation
*Progressing designs across all project stages
*Preparing information for planning submissions and Building Regulations
*Liaising with clients and consultant teams
*Assisting with BIM coordination throughout project delivery
*Taking part in meetings and site visits
*Troubleshooting technical and construction-related challenges
What’s Required of the Architectural Technologist:
*Previous experience as an Architectural Technician or Technologist
*Background working within the UK construction sector
*A qualification in Architectural Technology or a related field
*Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD
*Familiarity working in a BIM environment
*Solid understanding of UK Building Regulations
*Strong interpersonal and coordination abilities
*CIAT accreditation, or actively working towards it
