Ready to step into a role that genuinely stretches your expertise? This is a standout opportunity for a Personal Injury Solicitor to join a nationally recognised Personal Injury team handling some of the most challenging, high-value claimant work in the market.
The Role
As a Personal Injury Solicitor, you’ll take ownership of a varied caseload across intermediate and multi-track matters, while also playing a key role on complex catastrophic injury claims often exceeding £500,000 and sometimes running into multi million pound claims. Expect real responsibility, technical depth and exposure to headline litigation.
Your work will span:
*Running cases from first instruction through to resolution, including litigated matters
*Face-to-face client meetings and relationship building
*Assisting on catastrophic injury claims across EL, PL and RTA
*Fatal accident and dependency claims
*Drafting pleadings, witness statements and core court documents
*Instructing experts and counsel
*Preparing matters for trial and attending hearings where appropriate
*Negotiating settlements and delivering clear, commercial advice

About You
You’ll bring solid experience in one or more of the following: Employers’ Liability, Public Liability, Motor/RTA, Catastrophic Injury.
