Our client is a leading independent accountancy firm in Sevenoaks. They have a rich history and they are planning for a prosperous future with the addition of a Partner Designate. This will be a key role for the firm and long term offer a route to become the 3rd Partner of the firm.
Description
*Manage a portfolio of sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies.
*Oversee and review accounts, financial statements, corporation tax, and personal tax returns.
*Build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and senior stakeholders.
*Ensure the timely and efficient delivery of client work and deadlines.
*Work closely with Partners to support the smooth running and growth of the practice.
*Contribute to business development, marketing initiatives, and audit assignments where desired.
Profile
A successful Partner Designate should have:


*ACCA/ACA qualified. Dual qualification of CTA preferred.
*Proven experience leading a team, winning new business, managing a portfolio over multiple years.
*Experience of accounting and tax work.
*Desire to build career to Partner level
*A strategic mindset with attention to detail in operational delivery
Job Offer
*Competitive salary ranging from £70,000 to £85,000 dependent on the level of experience
