Location: Harrow / Wembley Area
We’re looking for a confident and customer-focused Customer Sales Assistant to join a successful and growing business.
This is a varied, hands-on role combining customer service, sales and day-to-day site operations, ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, building relationships and delivering strong results.
What You’ll Do*Deliver excellent customer service both face-to-face and over the phone
*Convert customer enquiries into sales
*Identify additional sales opportunities and maximise revenue
*Support the smooth day-to-day running of the site
*Handle administration, payments and customer queries
*Maintain high standards across security, compliance and presentation
*Work closely with the wider team to achieve site targets

*Confident and friendly communication skills
*A proactive, commercial and customer-focused approach
*Strong organisation and attention to detail
*Reliable, self-motivated and comfortable working as part of a small team
