Reed Accountancy are delighted to be partnering with a growing Warrington-based business in their search for a Finance Assistant.

Key Responsibilities
*Managing customer accounts and supporting credit control activities
*Processing supplier invoices and payment runs
*Performing bank reconciliations and assisting with month-end processes
*Raising and issuing customer invoices
*Handling customer, supplier and internal enquiries in a professional and timely manner
*Processing customer orders accurately and maintaining records on internal systems
*Liaising with operational and warehouse teams to support order fulfilment
*Monitoring stock levels and communicating availability updates where required
*Building strong working relationships with customers, suppliers and colleagues
*Supporting the wider finance team with day-to-day accounting duties
*Assisting with administrative tasks and ongoing process improvements
Requirements
*Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Possess excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
*Be confident prioritising a varied workload
*Demonstrate a positive, flexible and proactive approach
*Be comfortable dealing with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders
*Have experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel
*Be keen to learn, develop and grow within the role
