I’m working with a leading South East law firm seeking a Personal Injury & Clinical Negligence Solicitor (1-5 PQE) to join its highly regarded claimant team.
The role:
*Manage a caseload of Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence matters
*Handle claims including road traffic accidents, employer’s liability, public liability and medical negligence
*Assist on complex, high-value and catastrophic injury cases
*Deliver exceptional client care and contribute to business development activities
You will have:
*1-5 years’ PQE in Personal Injury and/or Clinical Negligence
*Strong knowledge of CPR, Protocols and relevant legislation
*Excellent drafting, communication and client management skills
*A proactive and collaborative approach
