Job Purpose:


*As a Financial Analyst, you will be a key member of the finance team, working closely with the CFO and Senior Finance Officer to provide financial support to budget holders and senior leaders across the organisation.
*You will be expected to take a strategic view of the finance function, while maintaining a hands-on approach to deliver effective monthly management reporting and strong budgetary control.
*Manage and coordinate the organisation’s financial systems, processes, and projects, including recommending and implementing system and process improvements.
*Coordinate and control finance processes in line with internal financial policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory, audit, and funding requirements (as applicable).

*Professional accounting qualification - minimum AAT Level 4 or equivalent.

*Relevant experience within a finance environment; experience within an education or public/charity-funded setting is desirable.
*Able to work under pressure with a strong results focus.
