We’re recruiting for an experienced Breakfast Chef to join the kitchen team at a busy restaurant with rooms.


This is a fantastic opportunity for a Breakfast Chef, Chef de Partie, or experienced Commis Chef looking to join a professional kitchen with an excellent reputation for fresh, locally sourced food and a healthy work-life balance.
Working alongside a talented kitchen brigade, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality breakfasts while supporting the wider kitchen operation during daytime service.
The Role
*Prepare and cook breakfast service to a consistently high standard
*Support lunch preparation and service where required
*Work with fresh, locally sourced ingredients
*Maintain high food quality, presentation, and consistency
*Ensure excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards
*Work efficiently as part of a busy and supportive kitchen team
About You
To be successful, you’ll have:
*Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef, Chef de Partie, or similar chef position
*Experience working in a hotel, gastro pub, restaurant, or golf club kitchen
*A passion for fresh food and quality cooking
*The ability to work calmly and efficiently during busy service periods
*A positive attitude, excellent teamwork, and strong organisational skills
*Level 2 Food Hygiene (preferred but not essential)
