A growing, modern law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Corporate & Commercial Senior Associate Solicitor to join its expanding team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded lawyer seeking high-quality work, genuine progression and the chance to play a key role in the growth of a successful practice.
The Role
You’ll advise a broad range of business clients on corporate transactions, commercial agreements, restructures, governance matters and strategic business issues.
Key responsibilities include:
*Advising on M&A, restructures, shareholder agreements and business sales
*Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
*Managing transactions from instruction to completion
*Building and maintaining strong client relationships
*Leading matters independently with minimal supervision
*Supporting and mentoring junior lawyers
*Contributing to business development and networking activities
*Managing billing and commercial performance of matters
About You
*Qualified Solicitor with 4+ years PQE in Corporate & Commercial law
*Strong technical and commercial skills
*Proven experience managing client relationships and complex transactions
*Confident supervising junior colleagues
*Proactive, collaborative and business-focused approach
