Description
*Prepare accurate financial reports and present them to key stakeholders.
*Manage budgeting and forecasting processes to support strategic planning.
*Analyse financial performance and provide insights to improve decision-making.
*Maintain compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
*Support month-end and year-end close processes.
*Collaborate with teams to streamline accounting procedures.
*Provide financial advice and support to non-financial departments.
*Assist in audit preparation and liaise with external auditors.
Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
*A full or part-completed recognised accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA or CIMA, or equivalent experience.
*Strong knowledge of financial reporting and analysis.
*Proficiency in accounting software and Excel.
*Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
*The ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
*A proactive approach to solving financial challenges.
