We’re recruiting for a Residential Surveyor to join a highly respected and growing surveying organisation, covering South Wales with a focus on the Swansea area.

The Role
As a Residential Surveyor, you will:
*Carry out residential valuation reports and Level 1 and Level 2 home surveys across your designated geographical area
*Produce accurate, professional survey reports using market-leading technology
*Deliver exceptional customer service while managing your workload effectively to maximise productivity and service standards
*Work towards achievable performance and income targets within a supportive team environment
*Maintain professional knowledge through ongoing training and industry updates
*Ensure all surveying work is completed in line with relevant professional, regulatory, and compliance standards
Residential Surveyor requirements:
*AssocRICS qualified or MRICS
*Newly qualified SAVA Surveyors will also be considered
*Experience conducting residential surveys and valuation reports preferred
*Strong understanding of residential property and surveying principles
*Excellent organisational, communication, and report-writing skills
*Customer-focused approach with strong attention to detail
*Ability to work independently and manage your own workload effectively
*Full UK driving licence
