Are you an ambitious Employment Law Solicitor looking for a new opportunity? We are working with a highly regarded central London firm as they seek to expand their prestigious Employment Law Department.
The Role:
You will advise on a wide range of employment issues and handle both contentious and non-contentious work, including:
*Reorganisations
*Disciplinaries and grievances
*M&A transactional work, due diligence and corporate support
*Drafting employment contracts, staff handbooks, consultancy agreements, NDAs, settlement agreements, etc.
*TUPE
*Employment status
*Day-to-day employment law advice
*Tribunal/Court work

You will have:
*At least 4 years’ experience in Employment Law
*Both contentious and non-contentious experience
*Experience acting for both employers and senior employees
*Experience in Employment Tribunals is essential
*A strong academic background
*High-quality training and experience
