The Opportunity
An excellent opportunity for a Planning Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a highly regarded Exeter team, advising public and private sector clients on major infrastructure, regeneration, residential and commercial development projects.
What You’ll Do
*Draft and negotiate Section 106 and Section 278 agreements
*Advise on planning applications, strategy and development risk
*Support national infrastructure projects and Development Consent Orders
*Work closely with the Real Estate team on major developments
About You
*Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
*4+ PQE
*Experience in planning law
*Strong drafting, negotiation and client management skills
