Location: Birmingham (Office Based)
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 DOE + Bonus
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm (1 Hour Lunch Break)
About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Qualified Residential Conveyancer to join a well-established and growing law firm based in Birmingham.
This is an office-based position suited to a Newly Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or Fee Earner with up to 2 years’ post-qualification experience looking to develop their career within a supportive residential property team.
The successful candidate will manage their own caseload of residential conveyancing matters, with a particular focus on purchases.
* Previous experience handling purchase transactions is essential. *
Key Responsibilities
*Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing files from instruction through to completion.
*Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
*Managing purchase transactions independently.
*Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and third parties.
*Reviewing contracts, searches, title documents, and mortgage offers.
Requirements
*NQ to 2 years PQE as a Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced Conveyancer.
*Essential experience handling residential purchases.
*Ability to manage a caseload with minimal supervision.
