Full job descriptionCredit Advisor (Part-Time Permanent | 1 Day Per Week)
Reed Banking are seeking an experienced credit advisor to join a weekly Credit Committee as a voting member for an international bank, providing independent oversight and challenge on lending proposals across commercial real estate, hotel finance, and corporate lending.
Key Responsibilities
*Attend the weekly Credit Committee as a voting member.
*Review and assess credit proposals.
*Challenge transaction structures, cash flows, collateral, and risk assumptions.
*Benchmark terms, covenants, and pricing.
*Recommend adjustments to strengthen risk management.
Experience Required
*Strong background in real estate, hotel, and corporate finance.
*Previous senior credit approval or Credit Committee experience.
*Deep understanding of UK lending structures, pricing, and risk frameworks.
