We’re looking for a Level 3 Childcare Qualification Required to join a welcoming nursery school in Stratford. This is a full-time role supporting children across the Early Years and helping to create a safe, engaging and nurturing learning environment.
The RoleAs a Nursery School Teaching Assistant, you will:
*Support children across the Early Years within a nursery school setting
*Assist with planning and delivering engaging EYFS activities
*Provide individual and small-group support where required
*Support children’s learning, development and wellbeing
*Help monitor and record children’s progress and next steps
*Support children with personal care where required
*Build positive relationships with children, parents and carers
*Work closely with teachers and Early Years practitioners
*Maintain a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment
*Follow safeguarding and nursery policies at all times
Requirements*Level 3 Childcare / Early Years qualification - essential
*Previous experience working within a nursery, Early Years or EYFS setting
*Good understanding of the EYFS framework
*Strong safeguarding knowledge
*Caring, patient and proactive approach
*Confident supporting children aged 0-5
*Reliable and able to work well as part of a team
