The role
*Advise on commercial property acquisitions, disposals and leasing transactions
*Draft and negotiate missives, leases and related property documentation
*Conduct title examinations and prepare reports for clients
*Build and maintain relationships with clients and property professionals
*Support and mentor junior members of the team
*Contribute to networking and business development initiatives
About you
*3–7 years’ PQE in commercial property law
*Experience handling Scottish real estate transactions
*Confident managing files and client relationships independently
*Excellent communication and drafting skills
*Commercially aware and solutions-focused
*Experience supervising junior colleagues would be advantageous
