Key Responsibilities
*Deliver exceptional customer service and drive brand loyalty.
*Lead, coach, and inspire your team to achieve sales and service targets.
*Manage all aspects of store operations, including stock, rotas, and merchandising.
*Maintain high standards of compliance, health & safety, and store presentation.
*Analyse sales performance and respond to commercial opportunities.
*Consistently deliver against KPIs and business objectives.

*Experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or Department Manager .
*Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of developing high-performing teams.
*Commercially aware with the ability to drive sales and profitability.
