Description
*Lead the finance transformation programme, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.
*Review and optimise current finance processes and systems.
*Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive change initiatives.
*Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
*Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
*Provide strategic financial insights to support decision-making.
*Oversee the implementation of new financial systems or tools.
*Mentor and guide the finance team through the transformation process.
Profile
A successful Interim Head of Finance Transformation should have:
*Proven experience in leading finance transformation projects.
