A well-established and highly regarded law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Property Fee Earner to join its successful Conveyancing team.

The Role
You will manage your own caseload of residential property matters, providing a seamless and professional service to clients from instruction through to completion.
Typical work will include:
*Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
*Remortgages
*Transfers of equity
*New build transactions
*Shared ownership matters
*Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and other solicitors
*Managing transactions efficiently while maintaining excellent client care
About You
*Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner
*Minimum 2+ PQE (or equivalent experience) in Residential Property
*Ability to manage a caseload independently
*Strong communication and relationship-building skills
*Organised, proactive and commercially aware
*Team-focused with a professional and client-centric approach
