An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a highly respected, nationally recognised firm with a strong regional presence. As part of a growing audit team, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality audit and assurance services to a diverse portfolio of clients across a range of sectors.

Key responsibilities of the Audit Assistant Manager:
*Leading audit assignments for a varied client portfolio.
*Managing fieldwork and reviewing audit files.
*Liaising directly with clients and building strong working relationships.
*Supervising, mentoring and developing junior team members.
*Assisting with audit planning, budgeting and resource allocation.
*Identifying opportunities to add value and improve client service.
*Supporting Managers and Partners with business development initiatives where appropriate.
Profile
The ideal Audit Assistant Manager will have:
*ACA or ACCA qualification (or be finalist level with relevant experience).
*A strong background within audit gained in an accountancy practice environment.
*Experience leading audits and supervising junior staff.
*Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
*Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple assignments.
*A proactive approach and desire to progress within a growing firm.
