A leading specialist law firm is looking for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor at NQ to Grade C level to join its busy and supportive clinical negligence team in Leeds, with hybrid/remote working available.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor looking to develop their career within a specialist practice. You’ll manage your own caseload while supporting more senior lawyers on a broad range of pre- and post-litigation clinical negligence matters.
As a Clinical Negligence Solicitor, you will:
*Manage your own caseload from inception through to settlement or litigation
*Support senior lawyers on complex clinical negligence claims
*Progress cases proactively and commercially
*Draft Letters of Claim, instructions to experts and other legal documentation
*Assist with settlement negotiations and litigation where required
The firm is looking for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor with:
*NQ–5 years’ PQE, or equivalent clinical negligence experience
*Recent experience managing a caseload
*Strong drafting and communication skills
