Family Solicitor | Head of Family | Financial Remedy | Private Children | Divorce
Our client is a well-established law firm in Windsor with a strong local reputation and loyal client base.
Following the planned retirement of a long-standing Family Partner, this firm is looking to appoint an experienced Family Solicitor who can take on increasing responsibility and ultimately progress into a Head of Family role.
The role will involve a varied privately funded caseload including:
*Divorce and separation
*Financial remedy and matrimonial finance
*Private children matters
*Cohabitation and separation agreements
*Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
*Complex and high-net-worth family matters
You will also have the opportunity to develop your leadership, supervision and business development responsibilities as part of the department’s succession planning.
About You
*5+ PQE Family Solicitor
*Strong privately funded Family experience
*Good financial remedy experience
*Experience in private children work
*Excellent client care and communication skills
*Ambitious and interested in developing towards departmental leadership
