Description
*Lead and manage audit assignments, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with regulations.
*Review audit work and provide constructive feedback to team members.
*Identify and communicate risk areas to clients and provide recommendations for improvement.
*Support the team in technical accounting and auditing matters.
*Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their needs and expectations.
*Assist in the training and development of junior team members.
*Ensure proper documentation and reporting throughout the audit process.
*Collaborate with other departments to deliver comprehensive client service.
Profile
A successful Audit Assistant Manager should have:
*Professional qualifications in accounting (ACA, ACCA).
*Strong technical knowledge of auditing standards and financial reporting.
*Proven experience in managing audit assignments from start to finish.
*Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and team members.
*Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
*Proficiency in relevant accounting software and tools.
