A respected UK consultancy with a long track record in civil, structural, and environmental engineering, is expanding their ground investigation team and looking for an experienced Lead Driller.

What the Lead Driller will do:
*Operate and maintain drilling and sampling rigs, including window sampling and dynamic probing equipment.
*Collect accurate soil and groundwater samples in accordance with industry standards.
*Record site data, sample depths, and ground conditions clearly and precisely.
*Carry out daily safety checks and basic maintenance on rigs.
*Work closely with technical staff to deliver projects safely and efficiently.
*Be willing to travel and stay away from home when required (expenses paid).
What you’ll need to be considered for the Lead Driller role:
*Proven track record in geotechnical or environmental drilling
*CSCS card (essential)
*NVQ Level 2 in Land Drilling or equivalent (preferred).
*Full UK driving licence
*Commitment to safe working and flexibility to work across multiple sites.
*Live in or near to Rotherham
