Corporate Solicitor | Corporate Lawyer | M&A | Private Equity | Shareholders | Legal 500
Our client is a Legal 500-ranked law firm with a strong corporate practice across the Thames Valley. They are looking to recruit a Corporate Solicitor with 2–6 years’ PQE to join the Newbury team.
You will work on a broad range of corporate matters including:
*Mergers & acquisitions
*Private equity and venture capital
*MBOs and corporate restructuring
*Shareholder agreements and joint ventures
*Group reorganisations and share transfers
*Advising entrepreneurs, SMEs and owner-managed businesses
The role offers exposure to quality work across sectors including technology, life sciences, healthcare and professional services, alongside opportunities for client development and progression.
About You
*2–6 years’ PQE in Corporate Law
*Experience across a range of corporate transactions
*Strong drafting and client management skills
*Commercial approach and good communication skills
*Ambition to develop your career and client relationships
