This is an opportunity to lead a Data Services function covering Business Intelligence, Data Science, Digital Analytics, and Marketing Technology. *Lead teams across Business Intelligence, Data Science, Digital Analytics, and Marketing Technology.
*Drive the use of AI within data services workflows and delivery.
*Establish standards and best practices across analytics, reporting, and measurement.
*Support revenue growth through client development and new business opportunities.
*Partner with senior stakeholders to align data initiatives with business goals.
*Develop and mentor practice leads and senior specialists.
*Present data strategies and recommendations to senior client stakeholders.
*Contribute to the organisation’s presence within the data and analytics market.
Your Skills & Experience*Leadership experience across multiple data disciplines.
*Strong understanding of analytics, measurement, BI, and data services.
*Ability to lead technical teams and support delivery quality.
*Experience implementing AI-enabled processes or transformation programmes.
*Commercial awareness and experience supporting business growth.
*Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
*Ability to build and develop high-performing teams.
