A leading regional law firm is searching for an experienced Residential Property Conveyancer to join its established Stamford office. This is a role for someone who thrives in a client-focused environment, values precision and wants to be part of a team known for exceptional service and long-standing relationships with returning clients and referrers.
A role with real purpose
The successful Fee Earner will manage a varied residential caseload while contributing to a department built on trust, consistency and technical excellence. With 3–5 years’ post-qualification experience, they will play a key part in delivering high-quality conveyancing work and ensuring every client receives clear, confident guidance throughout their transaction.
Key Responsibilities
*Handling all residential conveyancing matters: sales, purchases, remortgages, leasehold, freehold and transfers of equity
*Completing risk assessments throughout each matter
*Conducting due diligence and source-of-funds investigations
*Checking and reporting on title with clarity and accuracy
*Raising and responding to enquiries on purchase matters
*Identifying risks and reporting appropriately to clients, lenders and agents
*Ensuring compliance with lender requirements pre- and post-completion
*Obtaining all documentation required for timely registration
*Signing files off for exchange and completion in line with CQS protocol
*Ensuring all signed documentation is held prior to completion

About You
You are a confident Residential Conveyancer with 3–5 years’ PQE and a strong understanding of AML regulations and best practice. You take pride in delivering excellent client care and have a meticulous eye for detail. Communication comes naturally to you both written and verbal and you’re highly organised, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines without compromising quality. You’re motivated, proactive and ready to take the next step in your conveyancing career.
