Recruit UK are working with a rapidly expanding organisation that provides services across the entire wealth management value chain. Due to continued growth, they’re looking to add a Financial Planning Administrator to their Norwich office. This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking business where you’ll play a key role in supporting advisers and delivering exceptional outcomes for clients.

Key Responsibilities
*Support advisers in preparing for client review meetings
*Maintain accurate client records and plan information within Intelligent Office (IO)
*Request and obtain information from providers, ensuring deadlines are met
*Produce client valuations, reports, and review documentation
*Process new business applications and submissions
*Liaise with product providers to progress cases through to completion
*Handle client and provider queries via phone and email
*Produce client correspondence and supporting documentation
*Maintain compliant and accurate client files
*Work closely with advisers and colleagues to deliver exceptional client service
What we’re looking for:
*Minimum 1 year’s experience supporting a Financial Adviser
*Previous experience within financial services or a regulated environment
*Client-focused with a commitment to service excellence
*A collaborative and proactive approach to work
*Experience using Intelligent Office (IO) would be advantageous
