Full job descriptionAgency Resource Manager£40,000-£45,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance | Remote / Hybrid
We’re looking for an experienced Agency Resource Manager to take ownership of workforce planning, agency resourcing and operational delivery.
You’ll:
*Manage daily agency resource and workforce allocation.

*Use JoinedUp or similar VMS platforms to manage bookings, shifts, timesheets and compliance.

*Manage client, agency and candidate relationships.

*Monitor resource levels, performance and service delivery.

*Ensure temporary workers meet compliance requirements.

*Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and control costs.

*Resolve operational and resourcing issues quickly.

You’ll bring:
*Experience in agency resource, workforce management, temporary staffing or MSP/VMS environments.

*Experience with JoinedUp, Sirenum, VectorVMS or similar.

*Strong planning, organisation and stakeholder management skills.

*A commercial, proactive approach with excellent attention to detail.

*The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
