An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join a growing property team in the north Lanarkshire area.
This role is ideal for a Solicitor seeking hands-on responsibility, a steady flow of residential property work and the opportunity to develop their career within a growing and modern legal practice.

The role
As a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, you’ll handle a range of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion.
Your responsibilities will include:
*Managing sales and purchases of residential property
*Handling transfers of title and remortgage transactions
*Advising clients throughout the conveyancing process
*Liaising with lenders, agents and third parties
*Managing your own files with appropriate support
*Building and maintaining client relationships
About you
This role would suit a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor who:
*Is NQ to 3 years’ PQE
*Has experience in Scottish residential conveyancing
*Is confident managing files independently
*Has excellent client care and communication skills
*Is organised and able to prioritise workload effectively
*Enjoys working within a collaborative team
