We are currently seeking experienced and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistants to work across various primary and secondary schools in Liverpool. Responsibilities:*Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
*Assist teachers in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s unique requirements.
*Foster a safe, inclusive, and encouraging classroom environment that promotes active learning.
*Support students with their social, emotional, and academic development throughout the school day.
*Collaborate closely with school staff and parents to monitor progress and provide consistent feedback.
*Help adapt learning materials to ensure accessibility for all students.
Qualifications:*Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar support role within an educational setting.
*A genuine passion for supporting children with diverse learning needs.
*Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students, colleagues, and parents.
*Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to classroom management.
*Patience, resilience, and a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
*Relevant qualifications or certifications in education or childcare are highly valued.
