A highly regarded Legal 500 law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join its growing Wills, Trusts & Probate team in Tunbridge Wells.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor looking to take a leading role within a collaborative and forward-thinking team, handling high-quality work while supporting the development of junior colleagues and helping to drive the continued growth of the department.
The Role
You will manage a varied caseload including:
*Wills and estate planning
*Probate and estate administration
*High-value and complex estates
*Trust creation and administration
*Inheritance tax planning
*Lifetime gifting and asset protection matters
*Lasting Powers of Attorney
You’ll also provide technical support to colleagues, assist with business development activities and build strong long-term relationships with clients and professional contacts.
About You
You will be:
*A qualified Solicitor with significant Private Client experience
*Technically strong across wills, probate, trusts and tax planning
*Experienced in handling complex estate administration matters
*Comfortable managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
*Passionate about delivering outstanding client service
*Interested in mentoring junior team members
*Commercially minded with a proactive approach to business development
