Description
*Prepare accounts for a range of clients, including sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies.
*Assist in the preparation of VAT returns and management accounts.
*Support senior accountants with audits and ensure compliance with regulations.
*Handle bookkeeping tasks and maintain accurate financial records.
*Provide tax advice and assist with tax computations where required.
*Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering guidance and support.
*Contribute to the development of internal processes and procedures to improve efficiency.
*Stay updated with changes in accounting standards and relevant legislation.
Profile
A successful Semi-Senior Accountant should have:


*Experience in preparing accounts for various client types.
*A strong understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations.
*Proficiency in bookkeeping and the use of relevant accounting software.
*Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
*Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and colleagues.
*A professional qualification or part-qualification in accountancy (ACCA, ACA).
