Description
*Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring their accounting and finance needs are met to a high standard.
*Provide expert advice on financial reporting, tax compliance, and business planning.
*Review and prepare financial statements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory standards.
*Self assessment and corporate tax returns.
*Build and maintain strong client relationships by acting as a trusted advisor.
*Identify opportunities to improve client processes and offer innovative solutions.
*Ensure deadlines and client expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
*Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive and seamless services.
*Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and industry best practices.
Profile
A successful Client Manager should have:
*Professional qualifications in accounting or finance, such as ACA, ACCA, CTA or equivalent.
*Proven experience in managing client relationships within the professional services industry.
*Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively.
*Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple client accounts.
*A proactive approach to problem-solving and delivering client-focused solutions.
*Proficiency in accounting software and financial tools.
Job Offer
*A competitive salary ranging from £50,000 to £60,000 per annum.
*A supportive work environment in East Grinstead.
*Role can be majority based from home (1 day per week in the office).
*Bonus scheme.
*Paid overtime (during busy periods of the year).
