We’re recruiting for a Branch Manager to join a successful estate agency branch in Birchington, leading a high-performing team and driving continued business growth.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious estate agency professional with a proven track record in sales conversion, client relationships and team management, looking to take the next step in their career.
The Role
As a Branch Manager, you will:
*Lead, motivate and manage the branch team, setting targets, monitoring performance and supporting development
*Drive new business by generating instructions, building client relationships and identifying opportunities to grow the branch
*Oversee sales and lettings activity, including valuations, viewings, offers, negotiations and pipeline progression
*Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, vendors and applicants
*Handle client queries and resolve issues effectively, ensuring a high level of customer service
*Manage the day-to-day running of the branch, including compliance, processes, marketing and reporting
*Create a positive, high-performing team culture and lead by example
Branch Manager requirements:
*Proven estate agency experience with a strong track record of converting valuations into sales
*Previous experience leading, motivating and developing a high-performing team
*Strong relationship-building and client management skills
*Driven, ambitious and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
*Customer-focused with a genuine passion for helping clients through their property journey
*Strong work ethic with a values-led approach centred around honesty, respect and trust
*Confident managing targets, performance and business development opportunities
