Job Description:
Full job descriptionRecruit UK is supporting a well-established Wealth Management firm in their search for an Office Manager for their office in Southampton. It’s a varied role split between office management and providing operational support to the Investment Managers on site.
This position suits someone with a background in wealth management or financial services administration, ideally with some exposure to the investment side of the business.
Responsibilities Include:
*Oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the office, suppliers and health & safety
*Support business continuity planning and maintain compliance records
*Provide administrative support to Investment Managers, including client onboarding, AML/KYC checks and meeting packs
*Coordinate suitability reviews, regulatory deadlines and corporate actions
*Supervise and support the administrators, including coaching, training and performance reviews
*Prepare monthly performance reports and coordinate meetings, tracking actions through to completion

Requirements:
*Vast experience in a wealth management or financial services management role
*An industry qualification such as IOC Level 3 (advantageous)
*Good understanding of investment operations, client onboarding and regulatory processes
*Excellent attention to detail, organisation and the ability to prioritise under pressure
*Experience supervising, coaching or developing a small team (advantageous)
