| Branch Manager | Estate Agency | £40K – £45K Basic, £70K – £80K OTE | Manchester |
Experienced in estate agency management, winning instructions and driving branch profitability?
We’re recruiting for a Branch Manager to join a well-established and highly regarded independent estate agency in Manchester, overseeing a busy and successful office.
This is a senior-level opportunity for an experienced Branch Manager with strong listing, valuation and managerial experience, looking to take ownership of branch performance and play a key role in the continued growth of the business.
The Role
As a Branch Manager, you will:
*Lead and oversee the day-to-day running of the branch
*Manage, motivate and develop the team to achieve targets and KPIs
*Drive new business through valuations, instructions and business generation
*Take ownership of branch revenue, performance and profitability
*Monitor figures, KPIs and performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement
*Maintain exceptional customer service standards across the branch
*Build strong relationships within the local market and support the growth of the company brand
*Work closely with business owners and directors to support wider business strategy and growth
*Lead by example, creating a positive and high-performing branch environment
Branch Manager requirements:
*Proven experience within residential estate agency
*Strong track record in winning instructions, generating valuations and driving revenue
*Previous experience in a managerial or senior position within estate agency
*Strong listing and business development experience
*Excellent communication, relationship-building and people management skills
*Highly organised, proactive and target-driven approach
*Commercially minded with a strong focus on branch performance and profitability
*Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
What’s on Offer?
