We are currently recruiting experienced education and support professionals for a specialist school in the Lichfield area, supporting young people with complex learning and physical disabilities.

We are looking for staff who are patient, compassionate, resilient and confident working with pupils who have complex support needs.

We are particularly interested in candidates with previous experience within specialist SEND schools, residential children’s homes, health and social care, physical disability services or complex care environments.
The right candidates will be able to provide consistent, person-centred support, follow individual care and education plans, work closely with the wider team and help pupils achieve their individual goals.
