£50,000 - £65,000 (Depending on experience)
London / Mobile - Full-Time, Permanent
Ready for a Commercial Plumbing role that actually pays what your experience is worth?
We’re working with a well-established, family-owned construction and property maintenance business, trusted across Central London for over 20 years to deliver both planned and reactive building services to commercial and residential clients.
Your day-to-day:
*Installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across domestic and commercial sites
*Diagnosing and resolving faults on a wide range of systems and appliances
*Handling 1st and 2nd fix work, testing, and commissioning
*Building strong working relationships with customers and subcontractors on site
*Mentoring apprentices and helping raise standards across the team
What you’ll need:
*Time-served / NVQ3 or equivalent in gas and plumbing
*Solid knowledge of commercial heating systems
*ACS gas qualifications: CCN1, CENWAT, CPA1, HTR1
*Unvented (G3), Confined Spaces, Safe Isolation and Multimeter training desirable (or willingness to work towards)
*Valid CSCS card and clean UK driving licence

*£50,000-£65,000, based on experience
