6:30am - 2:30pm

We are currently recruiting for Temporary Assembly Operatives to join our client in Plymouth.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and growing company, offering ongoing temporary work, full training, and the chance to develop your skills within a manufacturing environment.

The Role

As a Temporary Assembly Operative, you will be responsible for assembling products to specification while maintaining high quality standards and production targets.

Key responsibilities include:

*Assembling products using hand and power tools


*Following work instructions and assembly drawings


*Carrying out quality checks on finished products


*Packing completed items ready for dispatch


*Maintaining a clean and safe working environment


*Working effectively as part of a team to meet production targets


About You

We’re looking for individuals who are:

*Reliable, punctual, and hardworking


*Keen to learn new skills


*Able to work accurately and with attention to detail


*Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment


*Able to work well as part of a team


*Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is advantageous but not essential
