You’ll work on a varied and interesting caseload of commercial disputes, advising clients on matters including:
*Commercial and contractual disputes
*Insolvency
*Professional negligence
*Corporate and shareholder disputes
*Shareholder agreements
*Defamation
The team acts for a broad range of clients across sectors including Financial Services, Retail and Transport.
The role will suit a commercially minded Solicitor with strong technical ability, excellent client skills and a genuine interest in developing relationships and contributing to business development.
