Full job descriptionHousing Management Solicitor

A leading national law firm is looking for a Solicitor to join its growing Housing Management team.

The team acts for Registered Providers and Local Authorities on a broad range of housing management matters, including:
*Housing litigation and advisory work
*Possession proceedings, including ASB, subletting, succession and trespass
*Tenancy management and related advice
*Equality Act and public law matters
*Injunction proceedings
*Drafting and reviewing policies, procedures and tenancy agreements
About You
You will ideally have previous experience within a Housing Management team, preferably acting for Registered Providers or Local Authorities. You will also have:
*A genuine interest in the social housing sector
*Experience supervising junior colleagues
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*A collaborative, proactive and positive approach
*Advocacy experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
