In the heart of Eastwood, a highly respected regional law firm continues to strengthen its Residential Property offering. Known for its long-standing client relationships, exceptional service standards and a warm, collaborative culture, the firm is now looking to add the next key chapter to its story.

The department is thriving, supported by a 2 years PQE Solicitor and a senior Paralegal who together deliver a high-quality, efficient and client-focused service. As the team grows, they are seeking someone whose experience sits between these two levels a confident, capable Residential Property Fee Earner ready to step into a role with genuine progression, autonomy and support.
The Role
This is an opportunity to join a busy, well-structured conveyancing team handling a varied caseload of:
*Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
*Transfers of equity
*Remortgages
*New build matters
*Shared ownership transactions
You’ll be stepping into a department with strong workflows, excellent administrative support and a reputation for delivering clear, practical advice that clients trust.
