About the Role
An established specialist geotechnical and piling contractor is looking for a Junior Estimator to join their Nottingham team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in piling, geotechnical or civil engineering who is looking to develop their career within estimating and commercial project delivery.

Key Responsibilities of a Junior Estimator
*Assist with preparing tenders and project estimates
*Review drawings, specifications and project requirements
*Obtain and analyse supplier and subcontractor quotations
*Prepare cost breakdowns and pricing
*Support the preparation of tender submissions
*Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors and project teams
*Maintain accurate estimating and tender records
*Assist with handovers from estimating to the delivery team
Requirements of a Junior Estimator
*Previous experience within piling, geotechnical or civil engineering
*Understanding of construction costs, materials and site operations
*Good attention to detail
*Strong communication and organisational skills
*Full UK driving licence desirable
*Happy to travel
