Across Suffolk, a progressive and growing law firm continues to strengthen its Employment Law offering. Known for delivering clear, commercially focused advice and exceptional client service, the practice is now seeking to appoint an experienced Employment Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE to support its expanding client base.

This is a role for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy and meaningful client interaction. The team advises both employers and employees, handling everything from day-to-day HR queries to complex disputes and Tribunal litigation. As the practice grows, it is looking for a Solicitor who can confidently manage matters, build trusted relationships and contribute to the continued development of the department.

The Role
You will work across a broad spectrum of employment law matters, including:
*Advising employers and employees on contracts, policies and workplace disputes
*Managing disciplinary, grievance, redundancy and performance issues
*Providing strategic HR and risk-management guidance
*Running Employment Tribunal cases from start to finish
*Delivering clear, practical and commercially minded advice
*Tribunal experience is essential and the role offers genuine flexibility on location, with offices available in Bury St Edmunds, Sudbury, Framlingham and Halesworth.

About You
*A minimum 5 years’ PQE Employment Solicitor
*Experienced across both contentious and non-contentious employment matters
*Confident in handling Employment Tribunal litigation
*Commercially minded, with strong communication and client-care skills
*Professional, proactive and motivated to contribute to a growing team
*Salary is competitive and open to discussion, dependent on experience.
